Who We Are

1. Choose Your Service 

• Select your service based on the size of your lawn.  
• If you are unsure of your lawn's size, please use the Contact Us section and include your full address.  We will provide the size range for your lawn.  
• Important:  The gate or entrance to your backyard must be at least 50" to accommodate our equipment.

2. Submit Your Order Online

• Complete your order and make payment directly on our website.
• After payment, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number. 
• Your order will be added to our service log and scheduled once our spring/fall season begins. 

3. Scheduling & Service Dates

• Services are tentatively set to begin mid September, weather and soil conditions permitting.   
• We schedule services by grouping properties for efficiency.
• Once your service date range is assigned, you will receive an email notification in advance. 

4. Preparing Your Property

• Upon receiving your scheduling email, please mark any irrigation lines, invisible dog fences, underground internet cables, or other obstructions so our technicians are aware before work begins.  
• Services are performed Monday through Friday and occasionally on Saturdays if weather delays occur. 

5. Order Deadline & Refund Policy 

• Fall ordering closes on September 25th.
• Please note: Due to processing fees and materials purchased in advance, we do not offer refunds. 
• If you cancel your service for reasons not related to Cleveland Aeration, a credit for future services will be provided instead. 
• By placing an order, you agree to our No Refund Policy.

To help us serve you as efficiently as possible, we kindly ask that you choose one method of communication when contacting us (phone, email, text, or our contact form).

Submitting the same request through multiple channels can create duplicate inquiries and may actually delay our response.

Please allow up to 24 business hours for us to respond before following up. We review and respond to all inquiries in the order they are received and appreciate your patience.

Minimum Service Area & Pricing

Our lawn aeration packages are priced by size range, with a minimum service charge for properties up to 1/4 acre.

If your property falls within the 1/4 acre or smaller pricing category, the service price remains the same regardless of whether the service is performed on the entire lawn or only a portion of the lawn.

If you request that only part of your lawn be serviced, or if we are unable to service a portion of your lawn due to conditions such as excessive damage, unsafe terrain, standing water, obstructions, locked gates, pet restrictions, or limited access, no partial refund or credit will be issued. The minimum service charge still applies because the property falls within our base pricing tier.

By scheduling service, you acknowledge and agree to these pricing terms.

Why wasn't my price reduced if only part of my lawn was serviced?

Our pricing is based on lawn size categories, not the exact square footage treated. Properties up to 1/4 acre are subject to our minimum service charge. Whether your lawn is 1,000 square feet or a full 1/4 acre, the service price is the same.

If you choose to have only a portion of your lawn serviced, or if a portion cannot be serviced due to lawn conditions or lack of access, the minimum service charge still applies.  For this reason, partial refunds or credits are not available.
