How To Order Services
Follow the directions below to place your order online:
- Choose your service based on the size of your lawn. If you do not know the size of your lawn, please use the Contact Us section. When using the Contact Us section please provide your FULL address. Make sure all fields are filled in. Your lawn size will be provided at that time. Attention: Gate width/entrance to your backyard must be at least 50" in order for our machine to fit through it.
- Pay for your service directly online. You will then receive an order confirmation email with an order number. Once your order is received it will added to our service log. Your service will be scheduled upon commencement of our spring season. At that time your service will be scheduled based on groupings of properties. Tentatively services will begin towards late March to early April, weather permitting (soil temperature appropriate, no rain, etc.) Once your service is scheduled you will receive an email notification prior to your scheduled service. Cleveland Aeration's spring ordering will cease on April 24th. Also, it is asked of you to mark any irrigation, invisible dog fence and/or underground internet once email notification is received. Cleveland Aeration wants our technicians to be aware of any obstructions they may encounter while servicing your lawn. Services are performed Monday through Friday and occasionally on Saturdays if weather is a factor that week.
- If you have irrigation, invisible dog fence, underground internet or anything other obstructions that need marked you must do so upon receipt of email notification. Due to fees associated with online ordering/cancellations and supplies bought in advance we DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS. If you cancel your service at no fault of Cleveland Aeration's a credit for future services will be offered, but not a refund. By making a purchase on Cleveland Aeration website you acknowledge that you have read and agree to our NO REFUND POLICY.
